Let's calculate these exponents

🎙️

An exponent means to multiply the base by itself that many times. So 2 to the power of 3 is 2 times 2 times 2. 8 to the power of 2 is 8 times 8. 3 to the power of 4 is 3 times 3 times 3 times 3.

🎙️

Doing those multiplications we get 8, 64, and 81 as our answers
